Digital Delivery & Deployment Policy

ShonkuWeb provides exclusively digital and cloud-based technology services, including custom AI agent development, workflow automations, and web applications. We do not manufacture or ship physical goods. All deliverables are deployed, transferred, and managed electronically.

1. Digital Delivery Method

Deliverables are provisioned through secure digital conduits, including:

• Private Git repositories (GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket)
• Cloud container infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Vercel, Fly.io, Cloudflare)
• Direct API integrations and live webhook configurations on client production environments
• Comprehensive API documentation and operational runbooks

2. Standard Deployment Timelines

While each engineering engagement is governed by custom milestones, standard delivery cadences follow:

• AI Discovery & Architecture Audit: 3 – 5 business days from project kickoff.
• Customer Support AI Prototype / Sandbox: 7 – 10 business days for live sandbox testing.
• Production AI Rollout & Tool Integration: 2 – 3 weeks from milestone authorization.

3. Client Verification & Acceptance Testing

Upon initial staging deployment, clients have an agreed verification window (typically 7 to 14 calendar days) to evaluate agent behavior against edge cases, review API responses, and test guardrails. Identified issues during this window are addressed under the warranty period.

4. Ongoing Access & Code Ownership

Upon final milestone delivery and payment settlement, full administrative rights, repository access, and production credentials are transferred to the client’s designated technical administrator.
